What products can a needle loom produce?
The series covers elastic and non-elastic tapes, bag straps and industrial narrow fabrics. Select the configuration against the sample, finished width and fabric construction.
How do I choose working width and tape positions?
Share the width and number of tapes you want to produce together. Working width, tape positions, construction and output target must be reviewed together before choosing a model.
Can the loom make both elastic and non-elastic tape?
Suitable configurations are available for both. Yarn feeding, elastic feeding and take-up requirements depend on the product and must be specified for the selected model.
What information is needed to quote a needle loom?
Provide a tape sample, width, warp and weft specifications, elastic requirements, desired tape positions and output. Include quantity, power supply, destination and delivery terms.
What voltage and frequency should I specify?
Provide your factory voltage, number of phases and frequency, including whether you use 50 Hz or 60 Hz. We will confirm the available electrical configuration for the selected model before the order is finalized.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time is confirmed for each order after the model, configuration, quantity and stock availability are checked. Refer to the agreed quotation or proforma invoice for the delivery schedule of your machines.
What are your standard payment terms?
Our usual terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment by T/T. The payment terms stated in the final quotation and proforma invoice apply to your order.
How do I order spare parts for an existing machine?
Send the machine model, year, nameplate photo, clear photos of the part and its key dimensions. We will check compatibility and availability before quoting. Similar-looking parts should be checked by dimensions before ordering.
