Which production stages are covered?
The range covers warping, pile weaving, extrusion coating and slitting, ultrasonic fin sealing, automatic winding, semi-automatic rewinding with length measuring, and adhesive backing. Select the equipment sequence to suit the finished weatherstrip.
What strip sizes can the weaving machine make?
The catalogue lists a finished strip width of 3.8–145 mm, pile height of 3–15 mm and up to 88 strips per machine. The number of strips depends on strip width and machine configuration.
Which fin materials does the ultrasonic machine use?
The fin sealing machine inserts and bonds PP film or non-woven fins. The listed ultrasonic frequency is 20 kHz and the listed line speed is 18 m/min.
What information is needed to select a weatherstrip line?
Send finished width, pile height, backing dimensions, yarn specification, fin material, coating and adhesive requirements, roll length and format, target output, power supply and available installation space.
What voltage and frequency should I specify?
Provide your factory voltage, number of phases and frequency, including whether you use 50 Hz or 60 Hz. We will confirm the available electrical configuration for the selected model before the order is finalized.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time is confirmed for each order after the model, configuration, quantity and stock availability are checked. Refer to the agreed quotation or proforma invoice for the delivery schedule of your machines.
What are your standard payment terms?
Our usual terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment by T/T. The payment terms stated in the final quotation and proforma invoice apply to your order.
How do I order spare parts for an existing machine?
Send the machine model, year, nameplate photo, clear photos of the part and its key dimensions. We will check compatibility and availability before quoting. Similar-looking parts should be checked by dimensions before ordering.
